Welcome to SafeAssets.in. By using our website and escrow services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Role as a Facilitator

SafeAssets.in acts strictly as a middleman and secure escrow service to facilitate the buying and selling of digital assets (AdSense, YouTube Channels, Websites, etc.).

  • We do not own any of the digital assets listed on our platform.
  • Our responsibility is limited to verifying the asset during the listing and securing the payment until the transfer is complete.

2. KYC & Identity Verification

To maintain a 100% scam-free platform, both Buyers and Sellers must undergo identity verification.

  • Users must provide valid Government-issued IDs (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) before entering a deal.
  • Seller payouts will only be sent to a bank account that exactly matches the name on their verified Government ID.

3. Payments & Fees

💳 Safe Escrow Payments

Buyers must make payments ONLY to the official GST-registered bank accounts provided by SafeAssets (e.g., Ms Zapzic). We will not be responsible for any payments made to third-party or personal accounts of the seller.

Platform Fee: SafeAssets charges a fixed commission for its escrow and verification services. This fee will be clearly communicated before finalizing the deal.

4. Deal Completion & Anti-Scam Policy

⚠️ Strict Liability & Fraud Action

By using our platform, you agree to our strict post-deal liability rules:

  • No Post-Deal Guarantee: Once the asset is handed over, verified by the buyer, and payment is released to the seller, SafeAssets takes zero responsibility for the account. Any future bans, strikes, or policy violations are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Zero-Tolerance for Scams: If a Seller commits fraud (e.g., attempting to recover the email/account after receiving payment), we will immediately share the Seller's Government ID (Aadhaar) and Bank Details with the Buyer.
  • We fully support our buyers in filing official Cyber Crime complaints against fraudulent sellers.

5. Platform Bans & Suspensions

SafeAssets reserves the right to permanently ban any user, hold funds, or delete listings if we detect suspicious activity, fake analytics, or any attempt to bypass our escrow system.

By proceeding with a transaction on SafeAssets.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
