Live Verification
Our team will verify your account and earnings live via AnyDesk.
Official Listing
Once verified, your asset will be listed live on SafeAssets.in.
Phase 2: The Deal & Escrow Process
WhatsApp Deal Group
A secure group is created with the Buyer, Seller, and SafeAssets Admin.
KYC Verification
Both parties share their registered Govt IDs in the group for security.

Recovery Setup
Seller adds Buyer's recovery email & mobile (including 2FA) to the AdSense account.
Handover & Domain Transfer
Seller shares login details. Buyer confirms account. Then Seller transfers the Domain & Website files.
Payment Release
After Buyer confirms everything, Admin releases payment to the Seller's verified bank account.

Transparent Pricing
SafeAssets charges a flat commission for our secure escrow, AnyDesk verification, and deal facilitation services. This fee is automatically deducted from the final sale amount before the payout is released to the seller.
