Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SafeAssets.in, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent escrow process. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before entering into a deal.
1. Cancellation Before Payment Release
✅ When can a deal be cancelled?
A transaction can be cancelled and a full refund can be initiated for the Buyer only under the following circumstances BEFORE the payment is released to the Seller:
- If the account details provided by the Seller do not match the original listing.
- If our team or the Buyer finds any technical issue or policy violation in the account during the inspection phase.
- If the Seller fails to complete the handover process as per the agreed timeline.
2. Mandatory Verification Notice
It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify all account details thoroughly during the WhatsApp deal process. If there is any issue with the account or the details provided by the seller, it MUST be reported to the SafeAssets Admin before the final confirmation.
Once you give the final confirmation and the payment is released to the Seller, the deal is considered closed and final.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
⚠️ Finality of Transaction
SafeAssets operates on a strict "No Refund" policy once the escrow process is successfully completed:
- Deal Complete hone k baad koi refund nahi hojayega.
- After the releasing of payment, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
- Once the payment is transferred to the Seller's bank account, SafeAssets loses control over the funds, and therefore, cannot initiate a reversal or refund.
4. Seller Misrepresentation
If a Seller is found to be providing wrong details intentionally before the deal is closed, the deal will be cancelled immediately, and the Seller may be permanently banned from SafeAssets.in.
